Need help for wideband microstrip antennas.
I am studying in wideband(>30% relative bandwith) microstrip antenna, and want some papers or books about it,especially at 1.5~3GHz.
Please reply it or send me mail: assualt@sohu.com
Thanks !
Hi,
You can check for instance book: "Compact and Broadband Microstrip Antennas" by Kin-Lu Wong. There are a lot examples of broadband antennas.
Greets,
Redi.
Thanks!
Is it published by J.Wely?and other publishing house?Where could find e-book as .pdf?
You can find it on MCU. In folder: eBookOld / RF design
Greetings,
Redi.
Dear Friend
One of my friend named KMPA uploaded a .ppt file with Sinuous antenna, Design and Simulation title in the "RF, Microwave, Antenna and Optics" Fourm in response to my request. you can download that file.
MSH
You can check for " antenna theory" _ balanis
There are a lot examples of microstrip antennas.
Hi caocao
One of your choice is Planar LP antenna or Sinuous antenna. If you want to know more about it please contact with PM.
Best regards
Are you looking for a cp or linear microstrip? Cavity backed or thin?
The thinner you are required to be the less (as a general rule) bandwidth you will get.
look into log elements, shorted patch elements, printed spirals, vivaldi elements (a number of simulation mfg's have used vivaldi antennas as benchmarks). If you don't need all the bandwith all the time you could look into active switching for tuning.
Your request is pretty vague but I hope this helps.
