Does W-Element models have wideband data

Hi all,

Does W-Element SPICE frequency dependant model circuits have wideband data or the models are valid only for a fixed frequency.

I think it depends on how you extracted this model RLCG or RLCK with 9 elemet or 11 element network and it is not with W-element model...& HSPICE supports this in wide band with out any problems...

Or is some thing different!!!
