I have this cmos type of stack with
very thin dielectric layers sitting on
a 10ohms cm substrate trying to achieve a certain impedance and not only it's a struggle with the multimodes on a cpw with above gnd plane but the initial mesh is not doable when I set it all on a thick poorly conducting substrate. Have you seen that ? How would you set the problem to get it running ?
