hfss 8.5 filetype

Hello Everyone,
I am new to HFSS and wanted to know if projects from HFSS 8.5 can be opened in HFSS 9.0? If so, what is the procedure? From what I gather from my two hours of struggle is that I can open the 3D modeler files but nothing else. Both the formats looks very different. I'll appreciate any help.

I know that in HFSS9, you can open HFSS8 files compeletly, ( I don't have HFSS8.5) for this go to "open" in toolbar and open your project.

When opening the project, you must change the default file type from "Ansoft HFSS project" (.hfss extension) to "Ansoft Legacy EM Projects" (with .cls extension)...

HFSS9.0 can open HFSS8.5 project, but cann't edit it like that created in HFSS9.0.
