cavity model problem: eigen mode coefficients calculation
I have a problem understanding a derivation of the eigen mode coefficients of the cavity model of a circular disk and an annular ring microstrip antennna. A summary of this derivation is given in the book: Microstrip antenna design handbook, Ramesh Garg et al., Artech House 2001, pp326-327. The derivation of these coefficients involves some integrations that are not fully outlined. Immediately after that the solutions are given. I tried Maple without any result. I would really like to understand the derivation in detail. Does anuone have any relevant information regarding to this problem? Thank you.

The outline you gave explains the part I almost completely understood. My problem is primerly the evaluation of the integrals for the calculation of the mode coefficients. I tried a lot, but there is no way I can get the end result as given in the book on p327.
