fdtd mesh generation

the mesh generation soft for FEM inludes femap, ms-gesher,etc

but can used for fdtd?

i want it output a .txt or .dat file for my use in fdtd

pls give me some advices.

Matlab has a very good 2D mesh generator, its totally under your control. use pde toolbox. (by the way, i dont know the situation for 3D, if it doesnt have in 6.5, i am sure it has in 7).
