And I need them in both rectangular mesh FDTD and triangular mesh FDTD .

Google search will do wonders. i have a paper on this but needs some time to locate it. I will post it soon once I found it. I found that paper while I was looking for info on FMM
Fast Multipole Method? 2-D or 3-D code? if you are looking for this topic paper, you can go IEEE to search Wen chu cho(maybe the spelling is wrong ^_^) form UIUC, their research group published lots papers.
