pls find in feko example folder a simple microstrip dipole antenna on a substrate. You should find it in Example 24: Planar dipole antenna on a substrate (using
triangles)

Hi all, i also attach my project file to this reply. do take a look and let me know if you spot some other mistakes. i have not simulate it yet as i do not have the full version of feko. i got to go back to uni to do that. also in this reply is the correspondence between me and element7k who has been helping me. this reply is also for people who r facing the same problems as me
