hfss igs

Hi All,


Does anyone know how to import Pro-Engineering 3D object to HFSS V9.1?
Since I have tried so many times:
1. Open *.prt file in Pro-Engineering, then save as *.iges or *.Stp.
2. Open HFSS, 3D modeler, import, point to *.iges or *.Stp file, HFSS did read the file, but finally warn me that "I do not have Xlate_igs liscence or Xlate_Stp liscence.

Could anyone help me about this?

Unfortunately it means that you have not purchase the required importing licenses, so eventhough HFSS has those functions, they are not permitted to work! I don't think this forum can help you any further!

try to generate "sat" file you can import this format
in hfss

see in the CAD_Translation_Software_Compatibility_Guide
i think pro eng. can export sat
