Ephysics to HFSS

What kind of result do you mean ?
Conductivity (or other material props )changing due to temperature rise ?
For that case you need manually split your geometry for a few regions and then assign new boundary conditions (from ephysics results) in HFSS project.

That's exactly what I need to know. It's quite trouble some, isn't it? I was expecting I can export the mesh including any quantitiy (e.g. material props) from ephysics to HFSS. I did already, splitting the structure into several segments.
