How to fix this issue while run nanosim

Hi,
%> nanosim -n a2d8.spi -c cfg -f a2d -FM a2d.c
%> Compiling ./a2d.c
cc -KPIC -xtarget=ultra -xarch=v9 -I. -I/software/syn/nanosim/auxx/ns/include -c ./a2d.c
/software/syn/nanosim/sparc64/ns/bin//scripts/genepiclib: cc: not found
but i found the directory '/software/syn/nanosim/sparc64/ns/bin//scripts' and
'/software/syn/nanosim/auxx/ns/include' are existent.
how to fix it?
