Comparison of results in Ansoft Designer and HFSS

I am simulating a simple microstrip line in both Ansoft Designer and HFSS.....
1. HFSS Model:
Using 2 ports at each end....Waveport and defining integration from ground plane to the center of the conductor.
Setting the post -processing impedance to 50 Ω.
2. Ansoft Designer Model
2 ports- single strip gap source...... renormalized impedance of 50Ω. I am not seeing the same S11 charcateristics.....
Can anyone please comment on the simulation setup ?
