I am simulating capacitors(parallel plate) with HFSS. The capacitors have a COMMON ground plate.(see fig below) . Can someone tell what the Z parameters and S parameters of the structure could be?. where can i find more info. reg such structures?. i have defined TWO WAVE PORTS
