How can I import a HFSS drawing into a word file (.doc)?

Goto 3DModeler-Export and export the drawing to bmp,tiff, or whatever you like.

.hfss files are the model files, you will not get anything converting them to .jpg or .bmp. For each results you can export the graphic or the data using export files.

But i need to represent my structure in .doc.It is possible??

Just download some screen capture software, like MWSnap, capture the screen as a picture file and insert in word document. You may need to edit it a bit, can do it in Photo edit or similar.

It's very simple!
Click by mouse's right button at the hfss drawing and select - "Copy To Clipboard". Then open you word-file and execute - "Paste".

I could success the two method mentioned above.
It just a problem that import jpeg file to word.
I recommend to change the version of MS WORD while I use HFSS ver. 9.2 and WORD97.
