Hi to all,
I have been trying to use IE3D now for quite some time.. I find the GUI very hard to understand.. I guess there have posts (I searched and found some helpful posts) on this aspect of IE3D. Can anyone suggest something for this???
Also is IE3D good fordesign of a folded P.A.T.C.H antenna?? (Would be glad if Jian could answer this one)

Hi, sbhalerao: Sorry to reply late. I am travelling to the Asian Pacific Microwave Conference 2005. If you happen to be in the conference, please drop by the booth. I would suggest you two things:
1. Please try the virtual training on www.zeland.com. It shows you step by step on the screen how we create IE3D models and perform simulations and optimizations.
2. Please find folded slot antennas in the c:\program files\zeland\ie3d\examples directory. The folded slot antennas are basically the dual problems of folded prinited dipoles. They are basically the same. Please try it. Any question, please feel free to let me know. Thanks!
