Mesh generator for D-FDTD

How to creat a reliable mesh in implementing the Dey-Mittra conformal FDTD algorithm for an arbitary geometry,dielectric or metal?

why don't you search about the mesh generator implemented in CFDTD program created by mittra, may be he wrote something about the type of meshing
