polarizer .hfss

I have a question
I am new to HFSS and trying to reconstruct a polarizer, how would I set up the port excitation?

Currently I created two ports and the ends, with integration lines for both and selected the polarize option when defining the ports. This ,however, does not provide any information about the orthoganel mode
