大家来说一说TSMC和SMIC 0.18um工艺的区别在哪里！
想到什么就说什么！特别是包含模拟工艺的0.18um process
我们公司一般用Chart和JAZZ的工艺
恕我孤陋寡闻，Chart和JAZZ的工艺分别是什么样的工艺?哪里的?
Chart是新加坡的，Jazz好像是北美的?
区别是SMIC抄了不少TSMC的
JAZZ是以前的rockwell分出来的工艺部门，设计部门分出来成了后来的科胜讯
只知道chart
应该是tsmc的更好些吧。smic的比较便宜。
SMIC has down to 65nm CMOS process which was told that TSMC compactible(I don't believe it).
SMIC is much cheaper compared to TSMC(2~3X) but very few IPs available. Some IP venders in Shanghai work with them but as I know, the quality is not well recognized.
TSMC is the No. 1 and about 50% market shared. UMC is beaten to 3rd and while Charter is coming to 2nd. All of this three have lots of IPs available for free.
感觉做出来区别也不大！
工艺越好，它的模型也就越正确，也即仿真的结果和最后的流片结果越接近。
我觉得大家信任TSMC，SMIC有点便宜没好货的感觉?

No doubt, TSMC is much much better than all the foundry in China....

SMIC 年初推出了65nm的process，不知有没有用过的?评论一下吧

JAZZ业内人才知道阿，广州一家IC貌似用他们的，USCD作报告时提到Jazz比较超前的咚咚。

SMIC的良率比TSMC要低呀，这是最重要的。
各自的layer mapping差别好像挺大的
