PDK参数修改上限下限值

在电路设计时候，调用PDK时，总有些参数限制，fab会把某些参数上限或者下限定死，比较不方便，请问如何修改PDK，能够突破这些限制呢?
改cdf
感觉不要突破这些限制吧
把model file copy 下，然后改个名，写个wrapper就行
为什么要改呢?

cdf我看了，但是不知道改哪里，能给个例子吗
只会改一个简单的金属电阻类，不会改重要器件。
点edit然后选择需要更改的参数看看wl限制的语句就好了
