请教：spectre调用PDK的元件仿真时报错“没定义modle name”

用的是chartered的PDK，直接从其库中调用mos管(例化时已经有modle name)，ADE里面的modle是调用元件时就默认的。但是仿真时报错

input.scs: NM0 is an instance of an undefined model name.
input.scs: NM1 is an instance of an undefined model name.
input.scs: NM2 is an instance of an undefined model name.
input.scs: NM3 is an instance of an undefined model name.
改用analogLib库中调用mos管，例化时设定好modle name，然后用PDK里的模型就可以仿真，但是直接调用PDK里的管子就报错，不知道为什么，请大家指教一下。致谢……
