你是怎么解决的呢?**error** (e:\hspice\inverter.sp:14) unable to open file "E:/hspice/tsmc/mm018.l" .我做仿真会出现这种情况，求大神解答

.lib should have a filename with correct section. Please enter filename with correct path and appropriate section. Syntax:.lib <./path/file name> (optional) < section> before or at ".option"还是不行啊
