psub of an RF NMOS tsmc 0.18um

Hello,
Can anybody help me how to connect the Body (bulk) bulk terminal of an RF Nmos to gnd (psub layer). I'm using TSMC 0.18 um technology and cadence 6.14.

Do you have PDK? There's RF NMOS layout.
NMOS's guarding ring has DNW, NW and psub.
Psub connect to GND using metal 2 or other some layer.
NW connect to VDD using meal 1.
