one question for mim capacitor. usually, the metal of bot plate of mim is connected to topmetal, i.e. umc0.18 1p6m(metal 6is top plate and metal5 is bot plate).But if the bot plate is directly connected bymetal 5. what will be the problem//

.18 工藝應該沒用到 copper wire.
如果只要絕對值, 通常是可以的. ( loop filter ... etc.)
如果要求 matching , 就不行.建議問 UMC 的 CE 更清楚.
