一般在layout時 要用Common Centroid 都會要求說順著電流方向...
那如果不與電流方向一致那會有甚麼影響?

Never heard this requirement. Only needs to draw the pattern like this:

The only thing I can think of is the EM reliability dependence on current direction. So if the current directions are different, after aging the critical matching parts may have different properties.
