In the spec, the MSL of PTH08T221WAS is Level-1-235C-UNLIM/Level-3-260C-168HRS, why this part has two different MSLs? which MSL we should take for this part? Thanks.

In the datasheet page3: ENVIRONMENTAL AND ABSOLUTE MAXIMUM RATINGS define:
Treflow Solder reflow temperature AS suffix 235℃， AZ suffix 260℃
So you need make sure the part name suffix .
