1. Master or Ph.D,major in communication;
2. Proficient in C/Matlab;
3. 1 year experience in algorithm design, familiar with main method of demodulation, such as synchronization/channel estimation and equalization
4. Familiar with DVB-C/ATSC/DVB-T/DTMB is a plus
