求高人指点calibre菜单中DRC,LVS打不开怎么解决？

小弟是按照网上的calibre按照设置说明装的ixl_cal_2005.1_10.20.exe，并成功嵌入了virtuoso，并且在terminal里面运行：calibre -gui -drc &很成功，可是在从layout窗口下的calibre里点DRC就打不开了，并提示警告：
Rad Hat Release 4 is not qualified for use with the Calibre products.
求高手指点如何解决?

make sure your LM_LICENSE_FILE points to both virtuoso and calibre licenses
