逻辑分析仪测试芯片功能

各位，流片回来的的数字芯片在功能这块我们主要采用逻辑分析仪测试时序，我想请教的是有没有必要测试setup time or hold time为例啊?同时如果要测试，你们一般怎么测试啊?采用带有setup time or hold time的逻辑分析仪还是其他手段，谢谢了！

做STA找到critical path.然后驱动芯片跑出这条path. 看运行正常否.

You should specify setup and hold time of input or output. Actually it mean input, it is not LA function, which LA just measure output. You need a pattern generator for setup and hold time. Or just use Digital tester.
