why difference distance with package 7x7 and 5x5

hi all,

have any advice about ?

we have been measure the distance about coprocessor and sensor.
it seem get difference distance with package.(7xd and 5xd)

5xd:
200m
7xd:

more than 400m

sdk: 1.30.00 

TI-15.4-STACK-GATEWAY-LINUX-SDK gateway:   2.01.00 

system : ubuntu 14.01 LTS
