CC2540的蓝牙MAC地址怎么改写啊，写完用能直接永久保存的

By using TI tools "SmartRF Programmer" (free download) + CC debugger (Hardware), the Secondary IEEE address can be set and keep in flash memeory.

I am sorry , i don't say the quetion clearly. My task is to change the Secondary IEEE address ,but can't use the SmartRF Programmer. Can change the Secondary IEEE address through programming ,have any API? Thank you!
