模拟集成电路设计菜鸟求指导

本人喜欢模拟集成电路，但基础不好，不太会调节管子的参数。知道这些东西先是靠计算，然后再微调的。我也想学会如何计算。现在手里拉扎维、gray和Allen的书都有，想知道看这些书能不能学会。这三本书中哪本的帮助最大，最适合新手看。谢谢各位提供建议！

It may be difficult to read. The other two are great books to
read after you gain some fundamental in device physics and
basic analog building blocks.
