HV process without npn, how can i get a bandgap？

Hi all:
I am doing a project, 32v hv process without npn transistor, just have 12v npn transistor, how can i generator a bandgap voltage?
Vbe/R current can be got, but other circuitry?

既然是32V的工艺，NPN管达到32V，总有其它有源器件可以达到32V的了，没必要所有器件都使用32V器件。

the 12v npn transistor can be used directly in you design, I think not all circuit using 32v power i.e. bandgap reference.
