请教:"Semi-spilt" ground plane layer,是指什么?是做成正片的地层么?文件里面有2种NET（gnd and Agnd）,是不是指两种网络要分开，但在隔离区用coper 做连接么?
另外"the Internal 2 layer is a true split power plane"是不是指做成正片，不能走其他线吗?
