求教 mentor 转 PADS的问题

我通过mentor 的File\\\\Export\\\\ASCII 将PCB文件导出如下文件：
Padstack.hkp
Cell.hkp
PDB.hkp
JobPrefs.hkp
NetClass.hkp
NetProps.hkp
Layout.hkp
然后用PADS9.5的ppcb2hkp.exe进行转换得到的PCB 是空的（只有90多Kb)。log文件提示如下：
