是不是PADS 2007的BUG

在使用PADS 2007的add component 过程中,不断跳出"because the current design is in default layer mode and the decal is in increased layer mode,you cannt add decal"xxx",open layer setup dialog box and change the layer mode of the design to increased layers."
  各位可曾遇到, decal 是我自已做好的,在做其它板子的时候,有些元件封装在有些板可加入,有些又不能,而出现上面的提示,用PADS 自带的库就不会出现问题,同时在用"make reuse" 时,也会出现一样提示,请高手指点.

呵呵，SETUP---LAYER DEFINITION--MAX LAYER..ENABLE就OK了。简单的问题，没必要保留
