半天才找点资料搞明白，原来是ROUTER中的根据宽度定中心。

Specifying maximum channel width eligible for centeringUse the Centering area to limit the number of channels in which traces are automatically centered by specifying a maximum channel width. Traces in channels larger than this width are not eligible for centering.

Tip: This option is used only by PADS Router.
