请教：solid state power supplies---SSPS 这是固态电源的意思吗？

在一个关于EMC的资料上，资料上看到这样一段描述:If solid state power supplies (SSPS) are used, they can generate EMI on the input and output of the SSPS.不明白SSPS是什么电源，请大神指教！谢谢
