Cause_value: (41)Temporary failure
41(after Assignment Complete) MSC problem ，巡检测试log分析中，2G做主叫，3G做被叫，主叫在Assignment Complete后release,说是MSC problem，哪位大侠有更具体的理解吗？

光看这样的值看不出什么原因来的，在3gpp 24008中有非常少的一点解释：H.2.3 Cause No. 41 "temporary failure"
This cause indicates that the network is not functioning correctly and that the condition is not likely to last a long period of time; e.g., the mobile station may wish to try another call attempt almost immediately.

原因NO.41：临时故障  "temporary failure" 

缺乏资源类原因

该原因表示网络工作不正常，并且这一状态不可能持续很长时间，例如，用户几乎可能立即希望进行另一次试呼。

可以去查看一些计数器：
例如：
1)VS.RadioLinkFailureIndication.SynchronisationFailure .覆盖不足或覆盖盲点，无线环境恶化导致的
2)VS.RadioLinkReconfigurationCancel.可能是是资源不足导致的。
