第一，TAC概念类似于2G3G的LAC和RAC，也就是每个cell隶属于某个特定TAC，这个没有疑义，cell中通过SIB1将cellid和TAC广播给cell内驻留的终端：

第二，系统对TAC的使用上和LAC/RAC有所不同，就是所谓的TAlist的概念，终端attach后所遍历的所有TA都要记录入TA-list，这样寻呼终端是按照TAlist为目标进行。
