CS Rab and PS Rab Blocking

如题。
How to determine CS or PS Rab Resource Blocking (Power, Code and CE)
in Huawei and Ericsson 3G network.

Normally, we group both CS and PS together for KPI, however do anyone did split into individual CS and PS before?

新建一个RAB是由核心网向UTRAN发起一个RAB ASSIGNMENT REQUEST消息开始的，但是在这个消息里面我们只能找到这个RAB对应的业务类型（交互类，会话类。。。），无法判断这个RAB是走CS还是PS域。

从RANAP_RAB_ASSIGNMENT_REQ中的MaxBitrate中可以判断，如果为64000则是VP业务，如果为12200则为语音业务；

还有鉴权请求的时候在IUB口的DownloadLinksDirectoryT里面有cn_DomainIdentity能说明。

For Ericsson ,it has eniq which can report the counters for each reason resource blocking.And I think huawei have the same procedure .

CE is important
