安装actix软件碰到的问题

如题。
安装过程中，弹出窗口a newer version of the product has been detecred （actix sofrware setup is preparing the insrallation wizard which will guide you through the program setup process .prease wait），要怎么处理啊，同样的软件包其它的电脑可以安装的，是不是电脑缺少了相关的文件后或工具，恭候你的回答，谢谢！
