MR中的BCCH-INDEX

如题。
RxLev BSIC BCCH-INDEX :
[0 ] : 28 6-1 21
[1 ] : 28 1-4 18
[2 ] : 27 0-2 23
[3 ] : 26 3-7 28
[4 ] : 22 2-6 00
[5 ] : 22 4-1 26
BCCH-INDEX后面对应的21、18、23等是否对应第22个、19个、24个BCCH频点呢，如何看的出是900还是1800呢

那么22、19、24分别代表几个呢？00代表第1个、01代表第2个，22那先怎么数起呢？

楼主看到没，楼上是 SI5的一个内容，这个BA表里有12个频点，对应的INDEX就是0到11了...

这个我明白，我就是不懂我上面例子里面的21、18、23又对应哪个
