爱立信参数问题

如题。
请问下以下参数是什么意思，有什么作用，步长是多少：
hihyst lhyst loffset offset proffset trhyst troffset

lhyst loffset 是爱立信算法1里面L算法的参数。（爱立信算法1包括K算法和L算法）

PROFFSET=proffset

Packet reselection offset This parameter defines the reselection offset used during GPRS cell reselection. It is used to calculate GPRS_RESELECT_OFFSET using the formula PROFFSET - KHYST if Ericsson 1 locating algorithm is applied and PROFFSET - LOHYST if Ericsson 3 locating algorithm is applied. When needed, the calculated value is adjusted to an allowed value. From -52 dB to -12 dB the value is stepped by 4 dB, from -12 dB to 12 dB the value is stepped by 2 dB, and from 12 dB to 48 dB the value is again stepped by 4 dB. 0 -52 dB 1 -48 dB 2 -44 dB . . . 9 -16 dB 10 -12 dB 11 -10 dB 12 -8 dB . . . 21 10 dB 22 12 dB 23 16 dB 24 20 dB . . . 31 48 dB

爱立信3算法中用到的GPRS重选的滞后值,和爱立信1算法中用于GPRS重选的CRH功能相当(当然CRH还对语音空闲小区的位置更新有作用).
