图是怎么看的，怎么设置，哪个大师可以说下么？

You can't directly measure the antenna GAIN use VNA(such as HP8753). You should use a professional test platform to test the pattern of the antenna, and then you can get its GAIN through your calculation or borrowing the special software.
About the VSWR, you can get it through measuring S11 of the antenna port(note, the antenna must be outdoor of an open space or in chamber.
