铝制及不锈钢制压力容器水压试验的声发射监测研究

目前,普通钢制压力容器的声发射检测的应用已非常广泛,且技术已比较成熟,但应用声发射技术检测铝制或不锈钢制的压力容器的水压试验监测还比较少。这两类容器在某些特定范围内的应用比较广泛,其相应的检测及监测也是非常重要的。本文主要讨论了铝制及不锈钢制压力容器试验件的试验性声发射检测,目的在于探索这两类容器的声发射特征,使其可应用于实际在役的容器检测中。

AbstractAt present, acoustic emission examination of commom steel pressure vessels is already extremely widespread. And the technology is already quite mature. But it is also few that the acoustic emission technology monitoring the aluminum and stainless steel pressure vessels during hydraulic pressure testing. Two kinds of these vessels have been used quite widespread in certain areas, so the corresponding examination and monitoring is extremely important. This article mainly discussed the acoustic emission monitoring of aluminum and stainless steel pressure vessels to find out acoustic emission characteristics of these two kinds of vessels, and in turn to be applied in the examination of pressure vessels in service.

铝罐的声发射信号在信号幅度、能量方面与钢罐相比,均明显减少,且在低压时段升压造成的定位也很少,而到了高压段时才有明显的定位产生。由此,也说明了LF6铝合金变形断裂过程不像脆性材料那样声发射突发、强烈,是以许多小事件逐渐释放应变能,因此高幅度的声发射事件应在实际检测中重点考虑。
