文字介绍	The EClampTM2378P is a low pass filter array with integrated TVS diodes. It is designed to suppress unwanted EMI/RFI signals and provide electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection in portable electronic equipment. This state-of-the-art device utilizes solid- state silicon-avalanche technology for superior clamp- ing performance and DC electrical characteristics. They have been optimized for protection of color LCD panels in cellular phones and other portable electronics. The device consists of eight identical circuits comprised of T VS diodes for ESD protection, and a resistor - capacitor network for EMI/RFI filtering. A series resistor value of 100 and a capacitance value of10pF are used to achieve 30dB minimum attenuation from 1.8GHz to 2.5GHz. The TVS diodes provide effective suppression of ESD voltages in excess of ±15kV (air discharge) and ±8kV (contact discharge) per IEC 61000-4-2, level 4.The EClamp2378P is in a 16-pin, RoHS/WEEE compli- ant, SLP4016P16 package. It measures 4.0 x 1.6 x0.58mm. The leads are spaced at a pitch of 0.5mm and are finished with lead-free NiPd. Semtech推出两种四线保护组件RClamp0524P和RClamp0524J，具有超低电容器和高保护能力，适合于高解析多媒体接口(HDMI)和数字式视讯接口(DISPLAYPORT)以及USB3.0产品。RClamp0524P和RClamp0524J是瞬态电压抑制器(TVS)二极管数组，具有IEC标准静电放电(ESD)、快速放电(EFT)和电缆放电事件(CDE)保护功能，因而可保护敏感组件，适用于保护最多四个高速数据线。HDMI兼容测试标准(CTS)要求接收器埠差动电阻维持在100Ω±15%。太大的附加电容器会引起差动对阻抗减少，并且在达3GHz范围内不存在线间(line-to-line)插入损耗。超低电容值意味着在设计中无需以共模扼流圈进行阻抗补偿。对工程师来说，最重要的考虑是该方案无需PCB补偿或特殊布线，因而省去了PCB返工的大量时间，RClamp0524P和RClamp0524J满足这种严格要求，而且又具有高水平的静电和电缆放电保护能力。
