我用的是Orcad Capture 16.6 Lite版，想要用那个ActiveParts 找到想用的芯片，但是软件提示 如下：
Access to the ActiveParts Portal partners requires a licensed copy of OrCAD Capture CIS 16.2 or Allegro? Design Entry CIS 16.2
这是不是因为我的Orcad是限制版，下个完全版的是不是就能用了
