LNB Satellite Parameters
I have some question about LNB that use in TV channel via a Dish-antenna
1-what is their polarization?
2-what is their input/Output frequency?
3-how the receiver send voltage and receive the data with a Cox-ail Cable?

but no where tell me how the LNB Power up with receiver
Have you read all?

The LNB is remotely powered from the satellite receiver. The same coaxial cable that carries the IF signal from the LNB to the receiver carries power from the receiver to the LNB. There's also a DC regulator is built in. A DC regulator provides a fixed voltage to all sections of the LNB, irrespective of the input voltage. The Universal LNB operates for DC voltages fed to it in the range of 12.5 Volts upto 24 Volts DC.

LNB block diagram

Worth noting that many LNBs also have a 22KHz tone detector that switches local oscillator frequency when that frequency is present on the feed cable. It is used to switch from low to high LO frequency on wideband or dual band LNBs. Also on many LNBs the LO frequency is set by a dielectric resonator rather than a PLL.
