EPCOS B7710_Saw_filter_issue

hi,

i want to use EPCOS B7710 SAW filter in low power GSM repeater. B7710 has unbalanced input and balanced out put with 50 ohm impedance. How can i use output port in unbalanced manner with out using any transformer/balun.

See attachment. you can use LC to replace balun.
If possible please paste your result here, so that I can check it.
