how to match impedence of copper helical antenna in HFSS operating at 2.4GHz
email: rahimkhantariq@gmail.com
Sensitivity of hand wound Helix is extremely high vs Q of Coil.. USe a precision machinist to make a form within 0.1% of ideal.
But you are talking simulation. Find a design that works
What are your S parameters and design specs?
Can you suggest a technique for implementing impedance matching using triangular strip in hfss for Helical antenna.
on urjent basis.
Do not use std FR4 .. Know what your loss tangent and epsilon with test coupons and make sure tolerance on heli-coil is tested.
Impedance matching stripline is basic with many tools online incl. IPC I suspect loss tangent of dielectric will kill the Q of your antenna unless Df<< 0.005
Also if planning to stack coils, tolerance on dielectric thickness is huge for this sensitive design.
Don't trust any number until you confirm all variables and assumptions.. These values change with thickness and frequency and batch number.
try better research methods next time.

Consider one of these.
